Privacy Notice — Samriddhi UAT
Samriddhi UAT is a user-acceptance-test version of a service-operations app, built and operated by Agent Guild Technologies ("we"). It is used only by invited testers. This notice explains what the app collects and how it is handled.
Test data only
The test environment contains fictional data. Testers are asked not to enter real customer details, real phone numbers or real photos.
Accounts
An administrator creates every account. You cannot register yourself. You sign in with your mobile number and a password.
What we collect
- Name and mobile number, to identify your account (set by the administrator).
- Photos and documents you choose to upload as repair evidence or reports. Photo location and camera metadata are removed when a photo is uploaded.
We do not collect your location, contacts, device identifiers or advertising ID. The app has no ads, analytics or third-party tracking, and it requests only internet access; the camera and gallery are opened only through the system picker when you choose to attach a file.
How it is used
Only to run the app: signing you in, showing the work assigned to you, and keeping a record of each job.
Where it is stored
On servers in Singapore (Neon database, Railway application hosting) and in Cloudflare R2 storage. All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.
Sharing
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties. The hosting providers above process it only to run the service.
Retention and deletion
Test data is deleted when user-acceptance testing ends. You can ask for your account and its data to be deleted at any time, through your administrator or by emailing us; we will act on the request within 30 days.
