Can we build our own layers and formulas?
Yes. Layers, formulas, inputs, approval rules and the results each role sees are configuration. Your costing team writes formulas in the same terms as your workbook, and publishing creates a new version.
Will it match the costing sheet we already trust?
That is the go-live test. We load your master data and the engine has to reproduce your workbook's cost per unit and margin per SKU before anyone quotes from it.
How do we see margin per SKU?
Every SKU runs the same layers. Each quote stores margin at the asked price, at recommended and against target, and the sales register rolls it up by product, customer and region against actual cost.
Do we have to replace our ERP?
No. AGT CPQ reads from and writes back to SAP, Tally or your own system.
Does AI decide our prices?
No. Prices are calculated from your data and your formulas. AI explains why a number moved and flags what changed; people decide.
Who can see and approve what?
Roles decide what each person sees and can approve, the server enforces every rule, and every change is logged.
